CRM Systems Manager

Our Dublin-based client is seeking a high-performing and energetic individual to join their CRM team as a CRM Data and Systems manager. In this role, the individual will be responsible for increasing customer frequency, value and loyalty through CRM marketing campaigns.

Role

* Feed into CRM Strategy as part of business plan
* Become familiar with CRM Database and BI Systems
* Use SQL to pull targeted customer lists for CRM campaigns and adhoc analysis.
* Maintain data integrity and assist in governance of data usage within CRM.
* Develop a greater understanding of our customer base through analysis of behavioural trends and segmentation.
* Work closely with the Analytics and Insights team to discover new customer insights which can help us retain and grow our customer base.
* Produce standard and complex reports that track period, quarterly, and annual CRM results.
* Assist in developing the business requirements for CRM technology projects and in testing IT enhancements, releases, and upgrades as required
