IT Field Service Engineer

About this role

My client is seeking a self-starting customer centric IT Field Engineer. This role will look after the maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of my clients specialised products. This product is on site at locations around Ireland and you will be additionally required to ensure that end users are fully trained in its use. An excellent overall package is on offer for this role, and the ideal candidate would be someone who is both technically proficient and a strong communicator.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Setting up and commissioning of new products
* Troubleshooting and repairing issues
* Training and developing users
* On site and/or remote support

Skills required:

* Full Drivers licence
* Previous customer facing IT Engineer experience
* Exposure to servers, networks, firewalls, PC's etc.
* Due to the nature of this role you'll be required to be Garda Vetted.
* Excellent communication experience
