*1 Years previous Work Experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk Support
*Experience using an IT Ticketing System to log/track calls/tickets to escalate to Level 2 or for resolution
*Experience with Windows Operating Systems
*Mother Tongue English required
*Ability to work on a shift-pattern basis
