Digital Marketing Specialist

We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and work with our 6 brands. The position is based in our Cherrywood Offices in South Dublin.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience working in a digital marketing role.
* Preferably B2B or SaaS/IT industry experience, with experience of successfully generating leads. Agency side experience a big plus, but not required.
* You have hands-on experience building and managing PPC (Search & Display) campaigns in Google Ads (and currently AdWords and Analytics certified).
* You have experience in technical SEO, content and link building.
* You are familiar with various analytical tools to acquire insights, monitor competitors, and report campaign results including: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEM Rush...
Key Responsibilities
SEO:
* Optimisation of off-page and on-page ranking factors including keyword research, keyword optimisation, metadata optimisation, internal linking, outreach, link building etc.
* Proficient with yoast, sitemaps, robots.txt, .htaccess, and other technical SEO aspects
* Perform regular technical/content/keyword audits and make recommendations and changes for improvements
* Run competitive analysis to find areas for organic growth
* Managing Google My Business for all 7 business units
* Proficient in use of GTM (creating tags, variables, events, tracking video views, etc.)
* Monitoring website health over time and troubleshooting technical issues using crawlers like Screaming Frog and SEM Rush
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments
PPC:
* Managing in-house Google Ads: Search, Display, Video/YouTube
* Complete ownership of strategy, setup, optimisation, testing, post click analysis, reporting (Imperative to have hands-on experience with PPC)
* Analyse Ad Copy, Ad Extensions etc. and test to provide insights on best practices.
* Building audience lists and targeting them with ads
* Executing and optimizing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously.
* Managing campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimize the ROI.
* Tracking weekly and monthly KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments
SMM (Paid Social):
* Managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter (Setup, optimisation, analysis, testing, reporting)
* Building audience lists
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments
Data:
* Proficient use of Google Analytic (setup, reporting, creating goals, audiences, etc.)
* Knowledge of Google Data Studio beneficial, but not required
* Understanding insights derived from data for both paid and organic efforts
* Combining multiple data sources to get better insights on the companies' digital performance
