Role
You will be providing Level 1 Support to customers, supporting Mobile Devices/Ipads, general IT Issues, Passwords etc.
Skills Required.
*Excellent Communication Skills
*MINIMUM of 6 months experience in an IT Helpdesk/IT Support Role
*Experience providing support to external users -
*Experience of using an IT Ticketing Systems
*Experience of Mobile Operating Systems - Android/iOS/Windows
*Ability to work a Shift Pattern 7am - 10pm (4 Week rotation)
*Windows Operating Systems
*Active Directory
*MS-Exchange
*Office365
*Experience of supporting Mobile Devices and familiarity with applications such as AirWatch/MobileIron etc.
*English Mother Tongue as Native Language
Immediate start possible.
Shift allowance of c. €3K per year in addition to the salary.
