NAV Support Consultant

Exciting opportunity for a candidate with NAV support experience to work with an upcoming and fast-growing business solutions provider in Dublin. The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for configuration, implementation, training, support and varied functions on project implementations.

The Role

* Handle requests from clients and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
* Debug issues and develop fixes
* Thoroughly and efficiently gather and research client information to resolve issues and educate the client when applicable
* Installation of Dynamics NAV Server and Client
* Develop and deliver minor Change Requests
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive improvements that positively impact the clients experience

Qualifications Required

* 1 to 2 year's experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a Customer Service or Consulting role
* Understanding of the main NAV processes, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Finance
* Understanding of Retail an advantage
* A highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction
* Excellent client facing and written, verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a firm understanding of Project management process
* Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
* Fluent English

Salary: €35-45k
