Product Manager
My client is looking for a Product Manager with a blend of business and technical savvy. They will work with their Service Management function to develop early stage ideas through to completed software products and create compelling roadmaps around these products going forward. This role will be based in Dublin.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager Role:
• Work with Business partners in developing a vision for software products to support new and existing initiatives
• Drive high level design and solution-ing exercises with the business partner working with Business Analysis and UX Functions
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the Executive Search industry familiarize oneself with the company’s strategic direction
• When required, contribute to the production of specifications for the Development Teams
• Ensure business requirements are prioritized for the agile development teams
• Manage technical input to business cases for new products
• Assist with developing roadmaps, and in portfolio planning
• Manage key stakeholders throughout the process
• Support the marketing of new products internally
Required Skills and Experience for the Product Manager Role:
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role, either in in-house or commercial software delivery at an enterprise scale
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Current in emerging analysis design techniques including user centered design
• Proven team working skills
Desirable Skills for the Product Manager Role:
• Exposure to CRM, HR, Recruitment systems or mobile applications
• Experience of working in a SCRUM based environment
• International Experience
