GemPool are currently partnering with a market-leading provider of health technologies and services, in search of a talented and experienced Information Security Officer to pioneer the next wave of compliance assurance for their consumers.

This newly created role would be a perfect fit for someone with a background in data analytics, information security and with a keen eye for strict adherence to procedure and policy. Of course, the great thing about this being a new position, is that you’ll have the opportunity to really shape the role and put your own stamp on various areas of the organisation.

You’ll work closely with both consumers, and internal project teams to ensure that all service offerings are compliant, not only with data protection laws, but also the consumer’s individual needs and/or demands.

You’ll bring;

·        2+ years’ experience in a security related role, preferably in a customer-facing/consultancy-type role

·        A strong understanding of GDPR

·        Good knowledge of data/security analytics tools, preferable

·        Experience in web/application development environment, an advantage

·        Solid communication skills

·        Excellent time/people/project management skills
