My client - a market-leading company specialising in Third Party Software Support - is looking for a highly driven, tech-savvy Senior Account Executive to join the German Inside Sales team. As an Account Executive, your role will be focused on generating new business within your assigned territory (company size/geographic location).

The Role
* Play a crucial role in the acquisition of new clients via phone, email and social selling
* Execute sales strategy and target account plans
* Share feedback, insights and ideas with the team - helping to refine the sales business development strategy
* Identifying customer needs effectively to maximize all sales opportunities and meet customer expectations
* Work closely with marketing and enterprise sales to develop sales strategy for your territory
* Handle inbound sales queries for your territory
* Effective follow up of marketing campaigns
The Requirements
* Fluent in German language
* Proven success in a B2B closing role within corporate, mid-market or SME markets, preferably with an IT or Technical company
* Driven to succeed and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in time management, setting priorities, and taking the initiative
* Track record of overachieving against defined metrics
* Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email and demonstrations/webinar
* Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products
* Understand and apply effective business development strategies and techniques
* A passion for hunting and building new business
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
* Willingness to work in a collaborative work environment
