Head of Technology - FinTech - South Dublin
A great client of mine in South Dublin are seeking for their next Head of Technology during an exciting period of setting into an enterprise acquisition by a global FinTech giant and aggressive growth.
My client is very well established here in Ireland in their own section of the Financial Services industry so much, so they caught the attention of a reputable, international FinTech company who have acquired them are hugely scaling them up on both a national and international scale.
We're looking for an ambitious leader to strategically drive technology within the company forward, who can identify, understand and translate business requirements into intelligent and innovative solutions, who can streamline and improve development processes, manage multiple teams both on and off shore and who can manage the mature integration with the enterprise whilst growing the team aggressively. It certainly is a challenging yet rewarding role.
Requirements:
* Experience leading a Technology team (ideally development/testing/product managers) at a Senior level
* Strong track record of delivering highly complex software projects to satisfy the business requirements
* Strong experience with agile and managing agile teams
* Background with the C# .net stack or another OO stack
* Experience managing multiple teams both on and offshore
* Background in financial services/FinTech/investments/asset management/pensions or similar
* Experience dealing with Senior Stakeholders and client interaction
