Senior Network Engineer - Contract

My client based in Cork requires a Senior Network Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The role will focus on driving operational excellence within their managed services team.

Role

* Management of networking endpoints across a range of different technologies within an ITIL framework
* Network implementation, support and administration
* Planning, co-ordination and execution of organisation technical processes and changes
* Day to day management of network operational issues in accordance with SLA's
* Work with offsite teams to drive performance

Requirements

* Enterprise networking experience and relevant certifications
* Excellent knowledge of SDN
* Experience with routing and switching protocols e.g. PVLANS, VLAN and ISL
* Experience with scripting and automation tools
