Looking for a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst who has a strong background in analysis of processes, Data quality, data manipulation and ideally change processes.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Applications, the role sits within the Data & Change Management function of the IT Team. You will be required to develop an understanding of the insurance products, data and business processes in each of the countries that the organisation operates within, with a focus on the core Insurance Platform within the business. You will also need to understand the full Data Lifecycle from source data through to analysis & visualisation.
Working with the business stakeholders and technical teams, plus external Data Processing organisations in various countries, you will be responsible for data quality issues, reporting & ensuring processes are controlled and effective, while also analysing business processes related to the data and engaging in building & enhancing systems that support the business.
Experience & skills required:
* Technical & business analysis experience & business change processes relating to data quality, data flow & data processes
* Stakeholder management
* Excellent analysis & problem solving abilities
* Proven ability to liaise with Senior Business Stakeholders & Technical teams
* Strong data quality & analysis skills
* Insurance industry or financial services background is advantageous
* Excel & SQL with a reporting tool (Tableau or other)
* Excellent communication skills
As this is a replacement role, the company has a preference for anyone who is available immediately.
Salary = €Base + bonus (10%) + excellent benefits.
