Database Engineer

I am working closely with a multinational who are expanding their Dublin operation. You will join a cross-functional team. You will have the opportunity to design, build, manage, monitor and performance tune systems. You will work with a range of technologies across multiple platforms so there is ample opportunity to learn a range of new skills.

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience working with MongoDB, MySQL, NoSQL or Oracle
* Familiar with Linux platforms
* Excellent SQL and PL/SQL
* Ability to work quickly in fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Experience writing shell scripts in support of database environments
* Experience of change management processes
* Excellent Python scripting skills

Advantage to have but not essential:

* Experience working with ETL tools
* Experience supporting and developing with Oracle APEX
