Senior Java Developer – Kerry; AI and Data Manipulation

Java Developer required for a high growth technology company based in a beautiful part of Co. Kerry, in West Ireland. The Java Developer will join and expanding global leader in Artificial Intelligence Technologies (AI) utilised by leading logistics & mobility organisations.

You'll join an instantly recognisable, fast moving and constantly innovating organisation with data and AI at its core. 

Responsibilities:

·      Be a key part of the agile scrum team to design and develop proposed software solutions.

·      Work closely with product owners to oversee requirements-gathering.

·      Work closely with data scientists to enable artificial intelligence through all aspects of products

·      Diagnose real-time issues to help identify their causes and manage corrective action

·      Work with the latest cloud technologies (AWS) and design patterns (Microservices) to deliver scalable, performant technical products

Experience

•      6+ years development experience

•      Technical skills including: Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, Microservices architecture, Rancher / Docker Containers (desirable), NoSQL Database Technology (desirable)
