Role: Senior Mobile Application Developer (Android)
Location: Dublin
Industry: Gaming
The role involves (not limited to):
* Developing and maintaining a suite of mobile online gaming clients across a diverse set of mobile technologies
* Developing mobile games
* Communicating regularly with Stakeholders, gathering business requirements and their translation into technical solutions
* Working closely with QA teams
* Contributing to planning and prioritization of development activities
* Providing technical estimates
The ideal candidate will have:
* Min 3 years of relevant professional experience as an Android Developer
* Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)
* Be an expert with Java, Android SDK or other similar gaming libraries
* Experience in most or all of the following technologies: Java, Android SDK, JSON, REST, Websockets
* Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile methodologies
* Strong understanding of the online gaming industry is a big PLUS!
* Experience developing client-server applications and working experience with Objective-C, HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript, SOAP.
