Support/Infrastructure Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start up company and get the chance to build an entire department function from scratch.

You'll be working with some of the brightest minds in Dublin as they scale their platform and take the organisation to the next level.

At the moment, the development team are covering the support work but this will be a chance for someone to come in with the knowledge and experience to allow them to build out their support function.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Manager/Supervisor on a L1/L2 Support team while remaining hands on. As the first hire, you will need to work hands on daily as the company expands and be part of the on-call rota. It's essential that you have experience working in a 24/7/365 environment and if that environment was in the online gaming industry, this would be a huge bonus!

There are so many selling points to this organisation but the two main points would include the flexibility and independence.

Our client has a very collaborative environment where everyone comes together to get the work done and as a result, the teams place a lot of trust in each other. This leads to a very healthy workplace where you aren't being micromanaged and have a lot of freedom to work under your own initiative.

If you're a hands on Technical Support Manager who has experience building teams and departments from scratch, this could be a fantastic new challenge for you! Also, experience with Microsoft Azure is hugely beneficial.
