Are you a SQL BI Developer looking for your next role? A major, global client of ours is looking for an experienced SQL developer to join their Data warehouse team in Dublin City Centre, not far from Stephen’s Green. 

We are looking for someone with strong ETL experience, but also with a keen eye for visualisation, mainly in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and PowerBI. You’ll be joining a team of proactive, forward thinkers, who take pride in business strategies and the ways in which this is interlined with analytics. You will also be responsible for:
• Gathering and analysing data requirements
• Creating ETL processes and optimising existing ones
• Working closely with the business teams and end users to create useful, yet engaging visualisations, dashboards and reports with the full Microsoft stack
• Designing efficient SSAS data models from multiple data sources,

Key Skills needed:
• Hands on experience with Microsoft BI tools (Reporting Services, Analysis Services, PowerBI),
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft database development. This should include strong SQL & SSIS skills,
• Ability to use complex expressions to calculate, group, filter, parameterize, optimize and format custom dashboards/reports
• Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
• Experience with manual testing to include User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to multi-task across concurrent projects may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork
Good to have: 
• Microsoft BI Certification
• Oracle database and PL/SQL
