The Role

* Developing solutions to complex problems .
* Maximising Stakeholder Satisfaction.
* Client support and interaction at all stages of development.
* Develop programmes for training, and tracking problems identified by salesforce system.
* Creating processes for documentation of data.

Requirements

* Third Level degree or equivalent in IT related discipline
* 2+ yrs experience in Salesforce CRM application/development
* good problem solving/analytical skills
* APEX coding experience
* Capable in use of Microsoft Office applications
* Good verbal/written communication skills essential
