Citrix Systems Engineering - Virtualisation
Dublin - €40-65,000 DOE
Our client are currently expanding and seeking to increase head count within their Dublin office by adding specialist Citrix Systems Engineers to their team.
The company specialise in Virtualisation (Citrix) and have number of clients across Ireland that utilise the Citrix product stack. You will be well versed in Citrix products along with a number of other disciplines including Microsoft, Azure, Networking & Scripting.
The role will require you to provide first class technical support to the clients and resolve their issues in a timely manner. From time to time you will also be required to work with design & architecture on Citrix products including upgrades and roll outs to clients.
You will be joining a company that prides themselves on the calibre of their engineering prowess. This is a highly technical Virtualisation role.
Citrix Systems Engineer Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or relevant work experience
* Strong knowledge of Citrix products to include - XenApp, Netscaler, XenMobile, Profiler, App V
* 3+ years experience within a Infrastructure setting
* Understanding of Microsoft, Servers, Virtualisation (Hyper V/VMware), Networking, Applications.
* Strong documentation & communication skills
* Worked on 1st & 2nd line support escalations - nice to have 3rd line support escalations
* Industry certifications - CCP-V, CCE-V, CCA-N, CCP-N, CCIA, CCEE, CCNA, ITIL, MCITP, MCTS (desirable)
