Telephony Support Specialist - Contract
My client based in Dublin City Centre requires a Telephony Support Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. You will be providing technical support and administration services for the technical infrastructure.
* Dublin City Centre
* 6 Month Daily Rate Contract
Role
* Responsible for support, maintenance and administration of Aspect ACD, Altacel IP system, Branch Telephony systems, Mobile telephony and Verint Call Recording
* Provide 2nd level user support, technical support and monitoring of key systems
* Develop/maintain ACD reporting solutions using Crystal Reports
* Creates, and tests of call routines, profiles, CCTs procedures and schedules.
* Provide MI reports for business units
* Install upgrades and maintenance fixes for infrastructure
* Participate in Telephony Disaster Recovery tests
Requirements
* Detailed knowledge of Aspect, Alcatel and Verint Administration and Support
* Working knowledge of ITIL processes
* Working knowledge of project management methodologies and best practice
* Excellent written/oral communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills to effectively plan appropriate corrective action and escalation of Support issues
* ITIL Foundation/Practitioner desirable
