Business Development Executive - Managed Services
A prestigious and Irish-owned Cyber-Security organisation is looking to recruit an experienced and successful Business Development Executive to join their well-established team based in North Dublin.
The purpose of this role is to generate net new business amongst SMB and Enterprise level organizations via a consultative sales approach (Experience of Sandler Sales Methodology, or similar, is preferable).
Work closely with internal departments to better place the Company value proposition and generate leads. The successful candidate must have the ability and willingness to generate their own leads though, as well as appointments.
The candidate will have a solid technical background with experience selling Security Solutions an advantage. You'll also have a strong understanding of the commercials associated with developing a business case.
An operational, commercial and technical understanding of Managed services is essential.
* Responsible for new business / revenue growth
* Meet quarterly and annual targets and prepare forecasts and updates for assigned market sectors
* Maintain a high level of knowledge and become an industry expert for your market.
* Maximise all business opportunities and be accountable for managing the full sales cycle
* A solid technical sales background with an understanding of Private Cloud, Public Cloud, hybrid solutions, hosted desktops, office 365, IaaS, SaaS, UC and Network connectivity.
* Commercial Management of Tenders, speculative propositions, proposals and negotiations
* Ability to deliver high class presentations
* Clean driving license
