Support/Infrastructure Manager
This is a quite unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start up company and get the chance to build an entire department function from scratch. You'll be working with some of the brightest minds in Dublin as they scale their platform and look to take the organisation to the next level.
At the moment the development team are covering the support work but this will be a chance for someone to come in with a fresh pair of eyes and provide the knowledge and experience to allow them to build out their support function.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Manager/Supervisor on a L1/L2 Support team whilst still remaining hands on. As the first hire you will need to work hands on day to day as the company expands and be part of the on-call rota. It's essential you have worked in a 24x7x365 environment previously. If that environment was in the online gaming industry then it would be a huge bonus!
There are so many selling points to this organisation but the biggest ones to focus on are around flexibility and independence. They have a very collaborative environment where everyone comes together to get the work done and as such the teams place a lot of trust in each other. This leads to a very healthy workplace where you aren't being micromanaged and have a lot of freedom to work off your own initiative.
If you're a hands on Technical Support Manager who has experience of building teams and departments out from scratch then this could be a fantastic new challenge for you. Also, If you've experience with Microsoft Azure that would be hugely beneficial!
