Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer - 12 Month Contract

DESCRIPTION

My client are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their well established team in Dublin 4.

Excellent company with a great team in place and modern office space!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 2nd Level IT technical support
* Active Directory and SCCM
* Setup and maintain desktop, laptops, Android and IOS devices
* Handle network issues
* Resolve ticketing issues
* Dispatch to level 3 when required
* Other ad hoc IT tasks

This is an urgent role and candidates with immediate availability, or a short notice period will get preference!
