Support Operations Manager - Dublin CC

If the answer to this is yes and you're a Support Operations Manager then I have a role that you'll definitely want to read about.

You'll need to have at least 10 years experience working in Support/Operations alongside a proven track record in project and change management. This will be a standalone role within my clients Dublin office where you'll be the key connection point for multiple teams across different European sites. You will sit alongside the support delivery arm of the business and work with them on a number of large scale projects (they currently have hundreds in the pipeline) and you will work to drive process change across the support operations department.

You'll need to be confident in your own ability and be a self starter can make their own decisions and lead projects without too much direction from senior management. Given that Dublin is a growing office your line manager will be managing multiple office locations, they will need to build a strong level of trust and allow you to make a lot of moves on your own. It's a great opportunity to move into a position with a high level of responsibility within a company that are building an excellent reputation within the tech sector.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 10+ years industry experience with 3-5 years in Support Operations/Support Delivery.
* Strong cross functional project management skills.
* Track record of strong change management.
* Excellent communication.
* Strong documentation and presentation skills.
* Experience working in a large global environment interacting with teams in multiple geographical locations.
* Strong desire to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work on your own as a driven self starter always pushing to improve process.
