IT Support
In this IT Support position you will be responsible for providing technical assistance at a PFH client site as they relocate to a new office.
Duties of the role:
Working in a windows environment supporting end users.
Providing Desktop related Hardware/Software setup and support
- Deploying clients with new equipment
- Computer Deployment & Configuration
- Network Printer Deployment & Configuration
- Diagnosing technical issues
- Repairing hardware according to quality standards
- First point of contact for customers
- Escalate delays / change to schedule
- Dealing with Client queries
