2nd Line support engineer €28,000 - €31,600 per annum As the 2nd Line support engineer you will be working within a pioneering pharmaceutical company to provide IT support as part of a team, taking calls, email and escalations and resolving them as quickly as possible. You will be involved in building, deploying, patching and giving some assistance to the infrastructure environment. Skills and attributes: * Solid experience in IT support. * Strong customer service skills are paramount. * Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows 10, 8, XP. * Experience working with IT hardware. * Some Printer support experience.
