Amazing opportunity for a Technical Lead to join an innovative company with a global presence who are setting up a new team here in the heart of Dublin City Centre. You'll lead a team of 6 senior developers (3 frontend and 3 backend) and play a huge part in the plans for serious growth over the coming years. You'll work for cool company and enjoy all the perks of working in a modern tech environment. This is a hands-on development and leadership role, ideal for someone with some experience as a Technical Lead, strong interpersonal skills, a solid grounding working in a Full Stack Java role. There are a range of generous benefits on offer along with an excellent salary and an annual bonus.

Experience

* 8+ years Java Development experience.
* Team leadership experience.
* Strong frontend experience, ideally with the modern Javascript Frameworks (Angular 2+ preferred).
* Excellent grasp of Spring framework.
* Continuous Integration experience (Docker).
* A passion for coding and keeping up to date with new technologies.
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, able to liaise with different departments.
