SharePoint Administrator
Major construction company in Dublin is seeking SharePoint Designer/Administrator with 1 to 2 years' experience. This role will involve the carrying out of daily administration tasks and providing support for internal/external staff using SharePoint systems. This is a design role with some technical aspects.
Responsibilities
* Administration of company Document Management System
* Development in design of current SharePoint system to include workflows etc.
* Administration of Citrix Sharefile System for 3rd party data sharing
* Producing training material for staff on Document Management System.
* Compliance policies on data collection
Experience Required
* 1 to 2 years SharePoint design experience
* 1 to 2 years Office 365 experience
* Data/document control experience
* Effective communication and attention to detail
* Ability to design solutions to match company needs
Salary-
* €30-40k
