Responsibilities & Skills Required

*User Support (Level 1 Helpdesk Support)
*Escalate Issues to Level 2/3 where required

*Basic Network Administration experience
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Windows Server/Security knowledge, experience
*Windows 10/Office 365 Support Experience

*Windows & Linux Support skills required

*Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 Years experience in an In-house IT Support Role.
*Previous Ticketing-System experience plus Desktop Skills
