Service Desk Technician:
The ideal candidate would possess experience in a number of the following areas:
• Excellent communication skills
• Windows operating system support experience
• IT Hardware/Software maintenance
• Active Directory experience (troubleshooting)
• Strong troubleshooting skills

• 1+ years in a similar role
• Experience working on a busy helpdesk
