Technical Writer Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate developing technical content and publications about systems, programs, and services.
You will be involved in researching, selecting, and implementing new documentation and online publishing technologies and defining department-wide processes.
What’s involved:
- Gathering technical information and developing content
- Managing documentation projects
- Researching new documentation tools and methods
- Mentoring junior staff members
What you need:
- 3+ years’ experience in a technical writer role
- Background with computer systems and software documents
- Financial Services or Payments background
- Experience with XML
