As an IT Software Operational Support Specialist, you will join our client’s state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in Antrim and provide a range of support services for customers using their software platform.
Specifically, you will:
- Diagnose and support issues reported by customers
- Support the daily operations of both software platforms
- Take part in design and testing for software releases
- Maintain and resolve customer queries logged via the company system
- Undertake some travel to customer sites to install and conduct training sessions
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- Previous experience of QC applications
- Previous experience in the application of statistics
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in a relevant discipline
- A valid driving licence
