TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin, are seeking applications for an IT Account Manager with previous experience in the IT Sector
Working with a number of Enterprise Level clients, this role will require previous experience within the IT Services sector, and experience working with senior level executives/technology consultants regarding IT Services/Products.
Skills Required
*Previous IT Account Management experience - 2-3 years minimum within the Technology/IT Sector
*Strong Client Services Experience - ability to go above and beyond for the customer and ensure they are receiving the best service possible.
*Experience of arranging client meetings/catch-ups, reviews with portfolio of Accounts and ability to cross-sell to existing clients
*Strong commerical awareness with ability to achieve goals and targets for customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction surveys
*Experience working with internal departments (Sales/Marketing) on proposals and events for your Account Portfolio.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, very strong communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
*High level of attention to detail
*Fluency in English - Written and Spoken
*Strong presentation skills and ability to present to multiple customers.
*Excellent MS-Office Skills
This role will require a candidate with excellent capability to manage and improve client relationships and really give the client a first class service. As their main point of contact, you will provide a comprehensive service to the client and be strategic in your efforts to improve their experience.
