Our client is a leading organisation and well known in the Irish market. They require a Scrum Master to lead the Agile team and will provide you with some exciting opportunities.
Experience Required:
• Over 4 years experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong Software Engineering background (Java or C++ Programming)
• Deep expertise of Agile approaches including Scrum
• Strong coaching and people management skills
• Awareness and passion for up to date technological advancements
• Experience working in a continuous delivery software production environment
• Proven track record facilitating the scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand up, sprint retrospectives and team-based release planning
