You will be a hands-on Engineer leading a small (yet soon to be growing) team of iOS Devs helping to create the most incredible banking app on the App Store. You will actively contribute to the roadmap and overall mission by solving the problems around user experience that many customers in the banking world struggle with on a daily basis.

The Role
As Senior/Lead iOS Engineer you will:
- Be working to simplify the user experience and help the user to get straight to their answers as quickly as possible.
- Managing data from their API, and transforming it into intuitive, clear UI.
- Liaise closely with the product team to build roadmap and features
- Design, architect, write, maintain and debug their highly popular iOS app
- Building and developing the iOS Team
- Maintain quality standards by performing code reviews, fixing bugs, writing tests, and profiling code
Tech Stack
You must have
- Have a proven track record of working with large consumer-facing apps
- Strong Swift skills
- Any experience in security and/or encryption a definite advantage but not essential
- Experience of Core animation would be useful
- You will have experience of writing Unit tests and use of CI tools such as Jenkins or Fastlane
- You will have the strength of character – believe in your own abilities and of those around you. Not be afraid of challenging and asking questions
- You will have the ability to nurture younger team members whilst leading from the front with your high-level coding
- An eye for all things UX
- An understanding/experience of working in agile environments
