Network Administrator

My client is a large BPO that requires a Network Administrator to join their team in Cork on a contract basis.

* Cork
* 6 Month Contract

Role

* Install, support and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless network and voice systems
* Palo alto firewall administration
* Troubleshoot network connection issues with 3rd parties
* Report network incidents including policy breaches and hacks
* Ensure the network is compliant with requirements such as data protection and IS company policy
* Fulfil both internal and external SLAs
* Provide stakeholders with a highly resilient network
* Configuration and deployment of infrastructure hardware (servers, routers, switches, wireless)
* Maintain network management tools and systems

Requirements

* CCNA required
* 2+ years in Network Management
* Routing, switching, configuration and troubleshooting experience
* 2+ years VMWare experience
* Experience with MS server 2008/2012
* Knowledge of Security Standards such as ISO 27002
