RealTime urgently requires a 2nd Line Technical Support Agent to join one of our best clients. This role will be located in Dublin City Centre.
This is an initial 2 year fixed term contract, to be extended by another 3 years.
- Windows 7/10 operating systems
- Backup solutions, i.e. Veeam, DPM
- Security - Email and Web filtering, Firewall
- Office 365 including Exchange Hybrid, Microsoft Azure
- Citrix XenApp
- Skype for Business
- MS Office Suite
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Experience working with KPI's
- EU Citizenship or a valid working visa
