Role: Software Development Manager
Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 & Excellent Benefits
Location: North Dublin

Recruit First IT is seeking a Software Development Manager to join one of the world’s most established financial institutions which are based in North Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to best practise development standards and guidelines while insuring that an effective and efficient IT software development service is provided to the business.

Skills/Experience Required:
• 4+ Years’ experience managing a software development team
• Strong C#, ASP.NET, MVC experience
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
• Strong experience analysing business requirements, technical solutions and writing technical specifications
• Experience working in both a Waterfall and Agile environment
• MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills essential
