Support Engineer:
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Windows operating systems (7,8,10)
• Strong experience supporting Office 365
• Strong experience with Active Directory
• Good knowledge of networking
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:
• Experience using service now
• Experience dealing with a large volume of tickets
