Xamarin Developer – South Dublin

This role is to join a firm in the South County Dublin area involved in the production of applications used by large retailers/FMCG who are going through a phase of expansion based on steady, incremental success in creating a quality product which has become a leader in its particular market.

Responsibilities are to become the SME on Xamarin related development issues, working across Xamarin Native (both iOS and Android), bringing strength in Xamarin forms and with knowledge of  development patterns within both platforms (as well as coming from a strong .NET development background).

Ideally, candidates will have at least six years of commercial experience post graduation in .NET with at least three years of specific Xamarin experience across iOS and Android.  

Communication skills must be impeccable as there will be an expectation of leading by example across the development team (.NET Developers/Native developers).

To be considered for this role, candidates should have;

·      At least six years of post grad .NET/Xamarin experience

·      The ability to work with internal teams across UX and design team, to ensure consistent user stories are reproduced faithfully across platforms

·      A high level of comfort working within a Scrum/Agile Environment

·      Ideally external demonstrations of previous Xamarin to iOS and Android applications
