We are searching for a Full Stack Java Technical Lead to join a leading organisation in Dublin City Centre. You'll lead a team of 6 (developers, tester and business analyst) working on a range of web applications. You will work with a modern tech stack on the client & sever side, with plans in place for migration to the newest version of Angular. This is a hands on development and leadership role, ideal for someone with 1 or 2 years' experience within a Technical Lead position, strong interpersonal skills, a solid grounding working in a Full Stack Java role, and extensive experience in an agile environment. There are a range of generous benefits on offer along with an annual bonus.

Experience

* 2 years' technical leadership experience.
* At least 8 years' Java Development and related tech experience (Spring Boot, Web Services etc)
* Strong frontend experience, ideally with the modern Javascript Frameworks (Angular 4 preferred).
* Continuous Integration experience (Docker, Jenkins)
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* Extremely good interpersonal/communication skills, able to liaise with different departments.
