Evros Technology Group are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build, oversee and support an inside sales representatives team. This is a permanent position based in South Dublin.

The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire inside sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals and wider Sales and Marketing teams, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the inside sales representatives team
* Reach targeted sales goals through effective management of daily operations with CRM Dynamics, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
* Plan sales programs to achieve key business objectives
* Identify gaps in your team's talent and coach team members to eliminate them
* Ensure sales team comply with all CRM and other information systems requirements in an accurate and timely manner
* Set and track sales targets for your team
* Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales process
* Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
* Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
* Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
* Build an open-communication environment for your team
* Liaise with marketing to develop relevant lead generation and sales campaigns to deliver on-target performance
* Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Requirements:

* 5+ years sales experience within the technology sector, including 3+ years sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
* Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing and developing an inside sales team
* Proven track record of sales success in both a strategic and volume transaction sales environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is desired
* Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organisational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills.
* Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
* Hands on experience with CRM software
* In-depth understanding of the inside sales process
* Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
