TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin 18, is seeking applications for a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent opportunity.
Skills Required
*Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a 1st line Support Team.
*Experience using a call-logging/ticketing system
*Fluency in English and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
*3rd level qualification in Computer Science or technical discipline a significant bonus
*Experience with administration and 1st level support of EMM solutions such as MobileIron, AirWatch and IBM MaaS360.
*Experience with smartphones based on iOS, Android and Windows Phone
*Certifications in AirWatch or MobileIron a bonus
*Knowledge of: Microsoft Exchange, particularly ActiveSync, Active Directory or other LDAP based directories such as Domino, Smartphone and Tablet operating systems, Smartphone and Tablet menu’s and usability
Shift-Pattern and out of hours remote cover will apply in this role.
