Field Service Engineer

My client is a well-established, successful managed services provider within the IT sector. They pride themselves in delivering top quality IT support for their clients nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team to assist their clients predominantly in the Midlands and the Dublin area. Fully expensed company vehicle, phone and laptop along with a competitive salary is on offer for an experienced IT technician who is looking to broaden their experience with a dynamic organisation

Role and Responsibilities:

* Maintain IT support on site and off site for end users/clients
* Install, migrate and fix issues with Windows server, desktops, laptops
* Set up and implement client systems, servers cloud databases etc.

Skills required

* Full clean driving licence
* Experience in working in a ticket logging environment
* Strong Microsoft stack exposure
* Strong knowledge of cloud technologies
* Networking experience - routers, switches, firewalls etc.
