Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 6 Month Contract based in South Dublin. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Senior Project Manager will join the existing project team working on a large-scale regulation project in a financial services environment. You will work closely with key stakeholders to clarify project outputs and timescales and provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the project team.

The Senior Project Manager will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help define and agree project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed

• Ensure that common and consistent processes and procedures are set, communicated and in place for project planning & management

• Define and set clear attainable project objectives 

• Proactively manage contract deliverables and expectations 

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives

• Work closely with key executives and senior PM’s

• Support project work streams across various stages of the project lifecycle 

• Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Qualification

• 8+ Years Project Management experience

• Strong change management, risk management and operational planning experience

• Ability to manage diverse, multi-disciplined project teams

• Good Regulation PM experience

• Good financial services experience

• PM Certification

• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels

• Excellent motivational, communication and interpersonal skills
