Tech Support Engineer - North Dublin
My client are an established multinational who's product is used in over 8000 sites across more than 70 countries. They are looking for engineers who eager to challenge themselves on a daily basis and commit to a company that is going to invest in them heavily over a number of years.

This particular role will provide technical support services to customers across multiple locations including the UK, Canada and the USA. You will also work with local clients to install software on customer sites and train new customers on the ins and outs of my clients award winning products.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 2-3 years support experience.
* Experience in a customer facing role supporting business critical applications.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Experience in software training would be ideal.
* Technical writing ability would be highly desirable.
