As the PMO Analyst you will work as a Support Engineer to the team on all MS Project and SharePoint related issues. The PMO Analyst supporting Ms Project & SharePoint functions will be responsible for:

* Develop new solutions and enhancements to the MS Project application
* Perform configuration changes to address defined requirements
* Customise features and for project team sites
* Assist with requirements definition for Microsoft Project Server enhancements and new reports
* Provide Helpdesk support to users
* Address, troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Provide quarterly incident report based on the support calls and issues addressed
* Raise access requests to provision user access to the application
* Apply service patches / upgrades
* Perform database clean up activities
* Configure SharePoint project sites
* Maintain service accounts and passwords
* Perform application validation after Server patch upgrades and disaster recovery testing
* Deploy packages to web server(s)
* Interface with vendors to resolve technical issues

Desired Experience includes:

* Microsoft Project Server 2013 and 2010 implementation experience
* Exposure to MS SharePoint Development
* Clear spoken and written communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office and Visio
* Ability to collaborate and work with teams
