Senior Desktop Support Engineer
Hours: 9-5 Mon - Fri (8-4 may also be possible)
Reperio has teamed up with one of Dublin's largest financial services companies who have an urgent need for an experience Desktop Support Engineer to join their busy Service Desk team!
This role comes with a busy environment which operates multiple ticket systems and they primarily use Windows Tech (80%) and Citrix (20%). The company offers excellent hours and a competitive daily rate!
* Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
* Windows 7, 8.x & 10 setups, troubleshooting, and support in a business environment
* Desk Moves, Rollouts, Client data transfer
* Microsoft Outlook (Exchange & O365)
* Windows & Citrix ticketing experience
* Previous ticketing experience: ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy
