TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin is seeking an Onsite Engineer to provide technical support on site with their client full time in Dublin 8.
Role
As a Level 2 Engineer you will be managing escalations from Level 1 engineers around MDM Issues (Airwatch), and general IT Server issues.
As an expert in this area you will be documenting the issues, (to developer FAQ's) and will be involved in deployments, change management and upgrades.
Skills Required
*3-4 years experience in a Level 2 Support Role
*Wintel Server support
*VMWare Administration Skills
*IT Security
*Endpoint Security
*MDM - AirWatch
*Samsung Knox
*Networking Skills
*Strong Documentation Skills - ability to create FAQ Documents/ SOPs and general repositories for technical issues.
This is a permanent role which will allow you to become a niche expert in the area and develop your skills in IT Security/MDM.
This role will not support a work permit application - candidates should be currently eligible to work in Ireland/EU and be available locally for interviews (face to face).
