This exciting IT Solutions Provider is expanding its highly successful sales team and now need a great new Account Manager to manage and nurture growth from their existing Client accounts. You will maintain an intimate understanding of the Account business and technological landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain and accurately update an Account Plan
* Budget, Manage and Track an Accounts Profit & Loss to the GP line
* Maintain a current knowledge of a full portfolio of products and services
* Be the single point of contact for the Client
* Undertake monthly or quarterly business reviews with the Client
* Liaise with Technical Sales Consultants to advertise opportunities and to enable the Sales Consultants to prospect for opportunities
* Own and perform FYE financial reconciliation and reporting for your accounts
* Perform commercial negotiation on the Account
* Manage Contract renewals
Requirements:
* Commercial Management working with delivery to ensure project and service achievement, managing commercial scope discussions with the clients.
* Commercial and Contract negotiation
* Account P&L Management
* Ability to promptly learn new technology and solution propositions
* Account Development Strategy
* Proven track record in sales/ target achievement
* Project-driven work requirements with overtime as needed to meet deadlines
* Flexibility in terms of business travel (around Dublin, countrywide and internationally if required)
Familiar with:
* Service Management, Infrastructure, IT business management, Help Desk Management Software, Patch Management, Desktop Management, Enterprise Service Management
* Relevant and new IT services and products
